Well, Mason is finally here! Wedgie was at the hospital for many hours, not in labor, but waiting for everyone else to stop have emergency C-sections so that she could get into the OR. Everything was going really normal with her, which is why she was the one who had to wait. Finally at 10 pm (10 hours after arriving at the hospital) the doctors brought Mason out into the world. He is beautiful and perfect.
Wedgie spent 5 days in the hospital but she's finally back home and doing great. Soon her, Dale and Mason will be moving from their house in Longwood back over to my side of town, which means I'll get to see a lot more of them. Not to mention I'll be watching Mason for them a few days a week when Wedgie goes back to work in September. How exciting to have a baby around again! I miss all of my Massachusetts babies so much...
